If you are looking for bbq that will bring comfort to you no matter where you are at this is the place for you! As soon as my now husband and I got engaged we knew we wanted Trevor to cater our wedding and at the time we planned on doing a very traditional wedding in Missouri. Well needless to say plans changed and we asked Trevor if he could bring his food to Colorado and without batting an eye he said of course! Somehow he was able to bring the comfort of Midwest BBQ to the mountains to have a little taste of home with us and it was the perfect touch to our day. He was a great communicator, very adaptable to any changes, and most importantly the food was AMAZING!! I have to give a special shoutout to the Ozark Coffee Collab BBQ sauce because now that is my go-to sauce for any of his meals and will forever take me back to my wedding day!
